I'm a part of a team of 6 people industrial electrical design project. I create a chat group on messenger app so that the members communicate and raise ideas when we can't meet each other. I try to reconcile when the other members argue too hard. I listen and show respect when another member comes up with their ideas. I perform the group tasks fully and on time.

 

when we were doing project work we had a group of 6 people. We set up a group on the message for easy communication, then we divided the tasks for each person and elected one person as the leader to easily assign members and keep the group's belongings. Each person will have a certain task and the group also contributes money and a common fund to buy materials and textbooks.

 

My teamwork skills are responsible in the assigned job. Because, for me, every thing we do we need to be responsible for it. Maybe it will be good or maybe not good, but this is also a quality that each of us should have. Having good responsibility for our work will help a team work effectively and achieve better results.If we do not take responsibility at work or do it, it affects the results of the training team.

The first day I stepped foot in Saigon, I was still in shock. In school, in class, I am alone. But after a while, the footballers decided to form a team.
